She has grabbed her fair share of the headlines with her raunchy outfits and risqué onstage moves
But Rihanna's behaviour touched more on the inappropriate earlier today as she wore a necklace with the c-word written on it inside a church.
The 23-year-old star was sightseeing at a Brazilian chapel at the famous Christ the Redeemer statue in Rio de Janeiro.
It's not the first time the singing superstar has worn the offending necklace.
She was first spotted with the gold chain earlier this month during dinner at a restaurant in Los Angeles.
However, it is possibly the first time she was worn it into a place of worship.

The 23-year-old visited the chapel which is situated underneath the famous statue, as part of a sightseeing trip in the Brazilian city where she is currently on tour.
The star wore a bright yellow shirt and a pair of short denim shorts as she then made her way to the accompanying shop.
She had a look around the store after seeing the famous statue, which looks out onto the city of Rio.

Accompanied by a group of friends, the star may have been hoping to blend in with the crowds, but ended up standing out, not least due to her bright yellow shirt.
She seemed to be having a good time at the Brazilian tourist attraction, and larked around with two girlfriends, holding a miniature model of the statue.
At one point, she leaned over and took in the spectacular view while sipping a drink.

She also was the subject of a kiss from a male fan during the trip out.
The star is clearly enjoying herself in Brazil - earlier this week, she spent time chilling out on the beach with a group of friends sipping cocktails and indulging in a henna tattoo.
She will be back on stage tomorrow night opening the Rock in Rio festival.

Today's outing came hours after the singer debuted her brand new single We Found Love, which is a collaboration with dance maestro Calvin Harris.
She nervously tweeted prior to its release, 'I'm EXCITED, NERVOUS, ANXIOUS! I could throw up!'
