She's always talking about how she'd be nowhere without her Little Monsters.
And Lady Gaga has found a way to wear her heart - or her fans - on her sleeve, quite literally.
The popstar has paid tribute to her followers in a dress featuring hundreds of their faces.

Dubbed The Masterpiece, the skimpy leotard and flowing train was created after thousands of fans sent in pictures of themselves to the star as part of her new video for the MAC Viva Glam campaign.
The project sees all profits from the lipstick range going towards aids awareness.

It was created by Gaga's resident stylist Nicola Formichetti, who is also the creative director for French designer Thierry Mugle.
He hand-picked the images which he printed on fabric the same colour as Gaga's new lipstick for the brand.
The fabric has also been wrapped around foot-tall platform heels.

In the new video in which she reveals the dress, several fans faces flash up on screen before Gaga is seen against a black backdrop swaying in her dress, with wind swirling it around her.
Her blonde hair is teased into a massive beehive bullet at the back of her hea.
In another promo video, Gaga lounges on a sofa with Nicola, playfully applying her lipstick to his smackers.

Gaga has helped raise $55million for the the MAC Aids Fund since joining in 2009 and hopes to reach its lifetime goat of $250million.
It has raised $225million to date.
She follows in the footsteps of Elton John, Cyndi Lauper and Mary J. Blige who have been spokespeople for the campaign.
Ricki Martin and Nicki Minaj will also join the project in February.
